Contract Description

The development is comprised of 6 residential buildings ranging from four to five stories tall, all set on a 13-acre property located adjacent to Route 1 in Danvers MA. The building construction is a blend of either steel frame with concrete decking, or else wood framing, both on cast-in-place concrete foundations.

The project includes 258 luxury apartment homes with 9’-10’ ceilings, European designed cabinets, walk-in closets, washer and dryers in all units, private deck or patio, and above ground parking. At the heart of this residential community is the centrally located green, complete with a spectacular clubhouse and outdoor pool.
