Contract Description

This project, which is located immediately north of the Charles River across from the Museum of Science in Cambridge, MA involves the construction of a new 22 story building with approximately 425 1, 2, or 3 bedroom luxury apartments. The apartment units are nicely furnished with stone countertops in the kitchen, a mixture of wood and tile floors, fireplaces, and other similar appointments. Also included is the construction of a new 3 story underground parking garage with spaces for approximately 430 cars.
