Contract Description

This project, which is located in central Chinatown on the block bounded by Washington, Essex, Harrison and Beach Streets in downtown Boston, MA involves the construction of a new 28 story building with approximately 420 1, 2, or 3 bedroom luxury apartments. The apartment units are nicely furnished with granite kitchen countertops, a mixture of wood and tile floors and other similar appointments. Also included is the construction of a new 12 story parking garage with spaces for approximately 490 cars.
